Problem resolution tenets

One of axis’ (aa) core competencies is helping clients to find creative solutions/answers to complex and unusual problems.

By example, here is a simple five-step process that yields tremendous results for clients.

1. What is the problem?
2. What caused the problem (i.e., “roots of the plight”)?
3. What are the possible solutions? [Brainstorm]
4. What is the best solution?
5. RECOMMENDATION
