Q: Somebody asked: After eight years of boom-to-bust whiplash…euphoria to despondency…what is normal?
A: Change is normal…, and when that’s the case…, companies must continually adapt and modify/change their business models, structures, technologies, and most importantly, their thinking, in order to thrive in a turbulent/changing environment.
Have the courage to let go of the past, and embrace change and the unknown.
