To that end…, I have simplified my e-mail [holding folder] filing system down to three main file components:

  1. archive [for Sent and Received e-mail]
  2. follow-up
  3. hold

“Search” capabilities are so good nowadays that I have abandoned my old hierarchal mail filing system…
